·         Installed CAT5 cable for networks of 3-30 systems into new construction as well as existing buildings. Including cable running, punch down block, wire termination, termination box creation, and patch cable creation.

 

 

Software Support and Configuration

·         Use various internal help desk software (Remedy, Blue spring, etc.) for trouble tracking and repair.

·         Installed and configured software to run on a standardized version of MS Windows 95,98,2000,NT server based LAN.

·         Created and configured base images of computers with Windows 95 and Windows 98 used Ghost to make and install base image files from network and cd-rom.

·         Performed back ups to cd-rom and restore corrupted or virus damaged files.

·         Performed upgrading and troubleshooting of software packages for specific end user needs.

·         Lotus Notes, Symantec, McAfee, Adobe, And Microsoft
