Prices include full hook-up for two people.

Rates

· $30.00 per night

· $180.00 per week

· $370.00 per month - plus electric

Additional Charges

· Additional adults at $5.00 each.

· Children ages 6 to 16 at $3.00 each.

· Under 6 free.

Reservation Policies

· Reservation require a personal check of $25.00 accepted for deposit only.

· Balance is payable in cash or traveler's checks.

Cancellation Policy

· Seven day's notice required for deposit refund less $10.00.

· Failure to show, cancellations due to weather or early departure - no refund.

Holiday Weekend

· Reservations must be paid in full and are non-refundable.

· There is a 3 night minimum for Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day.
